Garden

Here's a collection of garden-inspired items I've made- some things for my small shop update this week, and a new dress for Keira. I've had that brown vintage fabric for a while now- it was given to me a couple of years ago by Amisha. K pulled it off the shelf the other day and said she loved the sparrows. So of course I had to make it into something for her.

And the 'bouquet' and letter were presents from her today. I think she stole the flowers from a bush at her kindergarten. I wonder where she learned that sort of behaviour.

super cute, I have the same exact fabric. It was a flat sheet. I have only used a tiny bit of it so far. Keira’s dress may have a clone over here in the states very soon. 😉

The drawing is quite amazing: she drew the flowers and stems with single lines! I approve of Keira’s choice of fabric!

as ever, everything is lovely. i picked a sprig of jasmine on our walk yesterday. the booties are darling. and i love Kiera’s bob. i cut Iris’s hair into a wonky bob last week. but luckily now, it’s settled into the sweetest shape! i do like bobs on little girls!

Everything here you have made is so very beautiful, i especially love those booties and her note with collection of flowers…you can see where her inspiration comes from:)
Does Keira’s dress come from a pattern or did you make it up? I have some summery looking bark cloth i’d love to make a dress from for Oki, but am a bit hopeless if i dont have an easy pattern.
Take care x…that penguin is in the process…its sort of stuck in the slow lane 🙂
