we had the same thing this morning but on the car, I discovered that they stay put even once the car is dry. I now have numbers and letters all over the car until I make the effort to clean it… which will be a while

this reminds me of my childhood in auckland, dad would go round and chamy (?) the windows dry everymorning …. it makes me think of cold fingers 🙂

Window art – we have that in winter too.
My little one also likes to help me go around the house and dry off the windows with her own little cloth (not the ones that have been drawn on).

Oh, how i love this. Grew up drawing on the windows, just like this, with my brother. Still remember waking and running to the plate glass, to see if there was fog “thick as pea soup”. Good misty windows always followed.
