Today's small embroidered piece was inspired by an evening walk with the family. Now that the days are getting longer, we can go out after eating dinner for a quick walk or bike ride- the children love it.
Yesterday when we were out, I spotted this cluster of white daisies growing amongst weeds at the side of the road. I spent the rest of the evening stitching these delicate little flowers and sewing them into a needle book for today' shop update. Yellow and white: such a good pairing.
Yellow and white is such a happy combination, especially in daisies.
It’s nice to hear the evenings are getting longer for you as we get used to the dark closing in earlier and earlier!
