The dwarf-variety sweet peas that I planted in an old sink a while ago have burst into flower this week. I love them.

ooh, how lovely to be reminded of summer – there’s nothing growing here at the moment – just the hint that daffodils are just around the corner! Love your embroidery too – and the cushion you sent to me (a while ago now, I’ve been meaning to thank you for ages) – I absolutely adore it!

Oh, me too. Sweet peas are so pretty and delicate. I had them in my garden last Spring. I love them in the tiny bottle and your rendition in thread is very nice

Lovely…. and sooooo sweet. Your flowers are a great size – mine seemed much smaller, and not really pickable. I’ve come to the conclusion that you need a LOT of these dwarves to make an impression though… mine have already finished, the flowers have died back now to those tiny pods : (
