Arrow fabric

Geranium drawing

Geranium

Grey and rainy here, but these pinks are cheering, don't you think? The geranium plant was painted from one that lives in a terracotta pot on a balcony. And some silky fabric with bright pink arrows. I'm thinking a summer dress or top, what do you think?

Anticipating this gig downtown tonight… Dirty Projectors, all the way from Brooklyn, New York. This is my current favourite track from the new DP album, I hope they'll play it.

I have that same fabric – can’t wait to see what you make.

that fabric is gorgeous. I vote for a romper of some sort, with that fabric as accents.

What about a bolero jacket… with an embroidered geranium?

I love the geranium painting. Geraniums are so interesting and there are so many varieties. Have you ever seen the ones that smell like strawberries? I had one two years ago and loved it.
Is the fabric new or vintage. It’s so pretty.I would love to find some.

Really nice water colour, btw. Geraniums are so commonplace. I think we take them for granted. They have such beautiful leaves especially the variegated ones. As for the fabric – I think a strappy top would look great.
