Happy Easter to you. I love to read about the seasons in NZ. Here in the UK we are undergoing an icy transition to Spring, with snow falling on daffodils.
Congratulations on finishing your course. I hope you enjoy contemplating your next endevour.LikeLike

Yum, they look delicious! Happy Easter, M – and congrats on finishing your studies…I can see you now with a visor on, typing furiously away on an old typewriter, with an ashtray full of ciggy ends :(not really :)) ) = hope you find an outlet remember passion + talent = satisfaction, so hopefully keep writing about what excites you! I’ve been making buns too this weekend, although the breadmaker prepares the dough for me. Instead of a sugar-based glaze, I warm a little bit of honey and just brush it on sparingly. Just a hint of sweetness, with a finger-licking stickiness that adds to the pleasure of warm, spicy bread.

Your hot cross buns look amazing! I tried to make some this Easter too but they looked no where near as delicious as yours!
Love that I have found your blog.

What beautiful hot cross buns you made. They match the grasses perfectly – I am sure you planned it that way! Best of luck with the decision making.

Congratulations on finishing your course! I’m doing some work at the Museum of Wellington at the moment and have stumbled across the Whitireia news site quite a few times (it’s great for finding interesting stories). Today I read an article about inequality and thought the author sounded familiar and it was you! Your articles were so interesting, good luck with future endeavours!
