Another embroidered pattern today- this one features miniature lilies or are they snowdrops? I noticed the snowdrops were out when I was in the South Island. Haven't seen any in Wellington, though.

I worked this embroidery onto some very beautiful and old linen in a minty-green shade.

What are your plans for Saturday and Sunday? My weekend will involve, among other things, soccer (not me playing though), family gatherings and making marmalade. At least, I hope so.

(I've probably posted this before, but you can never have too many atoms for peace at the end of the weekend…)

Beautiful 🙂 It’s going to be a cold one here in Melbourne so I’m thinking some baking may be in order.

Today’s weather in Newcastle was warm and sunny. So, we’ll be heading to Merewether beach for a coffee and chat over the weekend. Hope to see some dolphins riding the waves- perfect!
    Cheers

snow drops are one of my favorites, but i will have to wait till spring here in the US. one of the things i love about blogs from around the world…the differences and sameness all on the same day.
