Cat

These photos were taken this evening on a walk in the neighbourhood. I wanted to take some pictures of the kids but they were not into it.

However they did point out some things that would make good shots: 'look at that strange garage!' 'that must be at least 150 steps', 'what about those people eating dinner?' (umm, no) and then, when we were nearly home, 'Come on Mum, you've just got to take a picture of this cat. You've just got to!'

they have a great eye for shots 🙂
I look forward to seeing more of New Zealand in the way of neighborhoods. We can always see the beautiful nature pictures on the internet, but I love seeing the behind the scenes of peoples lives. 🙂
    Thanks for sharing!

I love your area! And Lyall bay and Northland and… Oh, how I love Wellington! Over here, in Whitby, the buildings aren’t so inspiring, but, hey, I have the Inlet and it fills my heart with joy every morning! Life is good!

It is a lovely area! The view of the water there is fantastic. Whau! Indeed a lot of steps. That cat is adorable!! It reminds me of the cat that my daughter has (she lives now in India.)She got this cat there. His name is Leyland. I love the houses in your photos. I agree with Lori’s comment above. I am the same way for I love to see and learn more about people’s lives. Thanks for sharing.
